None ever suspected George Bush to be the most informed of American presidents. Here is one more evidence of his abject ignorance and tendency to shoot from his hip, Texas style. It explains the United States' intransigence to the Kyoto Declaration.

It would help if we check the type of link before we fwd. a news feature or magazine article. Some newspaper/magazine links to articles have a tendency to get behind a payment wall or disappear altogether after a specified timeline. This could irritate some viewers, though interested experts such as Dr. Shenoy might not mind paying a per-read fee for a really worthwhile piece. Most others may not take kindly to such endorsements, however well-meaning. One would have thought a better way would have been to send an alert mail to Dr Shenoy and other interested energy experts, instead of posting it on the open web.
